Contract for Dubai sky-scraper finalised by month end

Fortune Group, a Dubai-based property developer, is expected to finalise the contract for the Burj Al Alam at the end of this month.
The company said a number of contractors had been shortlisted for the 510-metre high commercial tower – billed as Dubai's second-tallest building – with construction beginning by March. The deal could be worth about Dh2.9 billion (US$789 million). ...
