O'Rourke said the group's reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget in the UK and bedding down construction businesses in the Middle East, India and Australia had enabled it to increase its order book to £10bn up 12% year on year. ... But it is the world's most vibrant construction market that is fuelling the growth with the group involved in the $20bn (£10bn) Al Raha Beach development and new gateway into Abu Dhabi as well as the new build of shops and apartments in Dubai's Old Town.
