Emirates Central Cooling Corporation (Empower) the largest district cooling service provider in the region and a joint venture between TECOM Investments and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), today announced it has signed a contract with Vanderweil Engineers, one of the largest and most experienced engineering firms, to carry out the design and supervision of the distribution pipeline network for its district cooling plant at 'The Lagoons' project.
